Compliance with GPDR

The Centre de Données de Nançay (CDN) may collect personal data (such as surname, first name, telephone, e-mail, connection data) in order to provide access to the CDN websites and services.

They are accessible by the IT department and kept :
– until the departure of the person concerned for employees
– according to the period of validity of the account for external persons.

No data is transferred outside the European Union.

When certain information is mandatory in order to access specific website or service functions, this mandatory nature is indicated at the time the data is collected. If you refuse to provide mandatory information, you may not be able to access certain services.

In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular Law No. 78-17 of 6 January, as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms and European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 (applicable since 25 May 2018), you have the following rights:

• Object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data;
• Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
